You're responsible for the email address you sign up with and anything you log into the file. Don't enter someone else's personal info. Don't enter info you wouldn't want stored.

"The Peri Files," the case-file brand identity, the Cold Case Club mysteries, the Sticker Lab designs, and all related content are owned by Erica Buteau. You may share screenshots and links freely. You may not resell or rebrand.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Peri Files is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for free users, is $0).
You can stop using the service any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email to anyone on the waitlist. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless your local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights.
