Terms. The fine print.

By using The Peri Files (the website, the app, the storefront, any of it), you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the service. No hard feelings.

The Peri Files is a documentation tool — for tracking perimenopause symptoms, building provider briefs, and buying merch. It is operated by Erica Buteau (US, sole proprietor).

The Peri Files does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, cure, prevent, or replace medical advice. It is a documentation tool for conversations with licensed healthcare providers. Do not use it to decide whether to start, stop, or change any medication, treatment, or therapy. Always consult your provider.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.

You're responsible for the email address you sign up with and anything you log into the file. Don't enter someone else's personal info. Don't enter info you wouldn't want stored.

We treat your data per our Privacy Policy.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card.
• Orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by Printful, typically 2–5 business days production + carrier shipping time.
• Returns / refunds: Because items are made-to-order, we can only refund or replace items damaged in production or shipping. Email case@perifiles.com with photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll handle it.
• Every order ships with one free 'Case Closed' sticker on us.
• We don't ship to embargoed countries.

Don't:

• Scrape, copy, or commercially reuse the site / brand / content
• Reverse engineer the API
• Impersonate someone else
• Use the storefront to commit fraud
• Try to break the service for everyone else

"The Peri Files," the case-file brand identity, the Cold Case Club mysteries, the Sticker Lab designs, and all related content are owned by Erica Buteau. You may share screenshots and links freely. You may not resell or rebrand.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Peri Files is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, for free users, is $0).

You can stop using the service any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. If we shut down the service entirely, we'll give you at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email to anyone on the waitlist. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire, unless your local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights.
