Privacy. On the record.

The Peri Files is operated by Erica Buteau (US-based, sole proprietor). Contact: case@perifiles.com.

• Email + first name — when you join the waitlist or buy from the Evidence Locker.
• Shipping address — only if you place an order; passed to Printful to ship merch.
• Payment info — collected by Stripe, not by us. We never see your card number.
• Page views with referral codes — when you visit a preview page with ?ref= or ?src= tags, we log the page + tag + a hashed IP. No tracking pixels, no third-party ad networks.
• Symptom data (future beta) — only data you actively log. Stays private by default.

• To send your waitlist confirmation and beta-launch notifications.
• To fulfill and ship your merch order.
• To understand which referral channels actually work (so we don't waste time on the wrong ones).
• To generate your Provider Brief in the beta (only entries you mark for export are included).

The only third parties involved:

• Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
• Printful — merch fulfillment + shipping. printful.com/policies/privacy
• Resend — transactional email delivery. resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• MongoDB Atlas — encrypted database hosting.
• PostHog — anonymized product analytics (page views, button clicks). No personal identifiers attached.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, marketers, or anyone else. Full stop.

Waitlist email and name: until you ask us to delete it, or until we shut down (whichever comes first). Order records: 7 years for tax purposes. Preview-view tracking: rolling 365 days then auto-purged.

You can request at any time:

• A copy of everything we have on you (data access)
• Correction of anything wrong
• Complete deletion (we will hard-delete within 30 days)
• Opt out of all future emails (one click in any email)

For EU/UK residents: GDPR applies. For California residents: CCPA applies. For everyone else: we apply the same standard. Email case@perifiles.com with subject "Privacy Request" and we'll handle it.

The Peri Files is for adults experiencing perimenopause. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you're a parent and think your kid signed up, email us and we'll wipe the record.

If we materially change anything, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and email everyone on the waitlist. No silent changes.
